Our BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE [EN/ FR)

  • Interact with customers through one or more channels, including: inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries and manage requests by constantly improving product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Achieve productivity goals and quality standards while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Pay attention to detail and be versatile while documenting customer interactions and details.
  • Follow up and escalate customer issues that require additional assistance.
  • Treat customers with the utmost respect, personalize every interaction and convert customers into advocates and promoters of the service provided.
  • Update reports and communicate updates efficiently and promptly to assigned departments/supervisors.
